In the spirit of Saint Mary MacKillop, Mary MacKillop Today’s focus is on building dignity through learning for life. By partnering with local communities, organisations and groups, we bring dignity to thousands of children, women and families in Australia and throughout the world.

Education is more than learning to read and write; it is one of the most vital investments a nation can make in its people and their future.

Health

The Right to Health is one of the most basic of human rights. Without health people are not able to live fruitful and purposeful lives of dignity.

Financial Inclusion and Livelihoods

Financial inclusion and the right to work are seen as enabling rights which allow an individual to improve their own well-being and that of their family and community.

Mary MacKillop Today is accredited by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), responsible for managing Australia’s aid program. To maintain accreditation, Mary MacKillop Today’s systems, policies and processes are rigorously reviewed by the Australian Government. Mary MacKillop Today receives support through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP)
