A message from the Hon. John Watkins, Chair of Mary MacKillop Today
Mary MacKillop Today will bring together the work of the Mary MacKillop Foundation, Mary MacKillop International and the Josephite Foundation. The merging of these 3 unique organizations, all inspired by the mission and practical example of Saint Mary MacKillop will ensure the new entity, Mary MacKillop Today is better able to serve the needs of needy people here in Australia and in our near neighbours.
As chair of Mary MacKillop Today I am very pleased to announce that Ms Kirsty Robertson currently CEO of Mary MacKillop International has been appointed as the new CEO of Mary MacKillop Today.
Kirsty is vastly experienced, energetic and creative in her approach, deeply committed to the mission of the Sisters of St Joseph, and very gifted and inspiring in her management of staff. I am sure that under Kirsty’s leadership, Mary MacKillop Today will have a wonderful opportunity to thrive.
Kirsty Robertson will continue in her role as CEO of Mary MacKillop International, guide the merger process and launch the new Mary MacKillop Today organization in July 2018.
